The company uses a Data Base where there are collected over 5,000 CVs of medium-and high-profile professional figures to be included in the positions requested by the clients (in Italy and abroad).


The figures potentially identified as eligible to hold the requested positions are selected and evaluated. Subsequently, the best candidates are presented to the client who decides the final choice.
At client’s request Kent Service can offer consulting related to the contractual placement of the staff.
